Barista

Desserts Etc in Hershey, PA is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Barista to join our team! The Barista’s position primarily involves working with customers on the bakery retail floor. Our ideal candidate is friendly, self-driven, motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Tipped Position – Estimated Between $6-$8 in tips per hour on top of base hourly rate!

Responsibilities

  • High quality customer service
  • Assist our guests with their Dessert orders
  • Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with guests needs
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Availability to work shifts between 6am – 10pm, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • Preferable experience as a barista or in customer service
  • High integrity with a great attendance record
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
